Every order is made to your artwork, so we get your approval before anything is produced. You will always see a digital proof first.

If something is wrong

We back every order with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If what arrives does not match the proof you approved, contact us and we will remake it or refund it.

Custom work

Because each item is produced to your own design, we cannot resell returned custom pieces. Requests based on a change of mind after proof approval are handled case by case.
