The detail
Moulded rubber rather than stitched thread. PVC holds crisp edges and fine relief that embroidery cannot reach, and it shrugs off rain, sun and scrubbing — which is why it is the default for outdoor and tactical gear.
2D or 3D
2D keeps every element on one flat plane with colour separations. 3D builds the design up in layers so elements physically sit above one another, which suits emblems, animals and lettering that needs weight.
