How an embroidery order works

Send your logo or name
Any file you have: a vector logo, a PNG, a photo. For names and monograms, the text and the lettering style you like.

We prepare it for thread
Screen artwork is not a stitch file. We digitise it at the size it will be stitched, and simplify the detail thread cannot hold.

Confirm size and placement
Left chest, sleeve, back or cap front: we agree where it goes and how big before stitching.

We stitch it
On your garments or on the pieces you ordered through us. Collect from the shop in Dubai or have it delivered.

Own garments Can I bring my own clothes to be embroidered?
Yes. Bring the garments to our shop in Dubai and we embroider a name, initials or a logo onto them. You can also order the caps, shirts or uniforms through us.
Artwork What file do you need for logo embroidery?
Whatever you have. A vector file (AI, EPS or PDF) is ideal, but a PNG, a JPG or a clear photo works. We convert it into a stitch file ourselves.
Embroidery or patch Is embroidery or a patch better for uniforms?
Direct embroidery is permanent and sits flat in the fabric. A patch can be moved between garments, replaced when the uniform wears out, and holds finer detail at small sizes. We make both, so ask and we will tell you which suits your logo.
