Ordering What is the smallest order you will take?
Small enough for a single roster. Tell us the quantity you need rather than the quantity you think we want to hear — the quote is built from the real number.
Artwork My logo is very detailed. Will it work embroidered?
Send it and we will show you. We produce a digital proof before anything is stitched, and if the mark will not hold at the size you want we will say so and suggest woven or printed, which carry fine detail better.
Backing Can we change sponsor badges between events?
Yes — that is what velcro backing is for. One loop panel on the jersey, as many hook-backed badges as you have sponsors.
Delivery Do you ship outside the UAE?
Yes. Tell us where the team is and we will quote the delivery with the order rather than surprising you at checkout.
Criteria What should I look for in a custom patch company?
Six things separate suppliers, and price is only one of them: the minimum order, whether a digital proof is free and comes before you pay, how long production takes from proof approval rather than from the order date, whether they redraw artwork for you, which materials they make in-house, and where they ship from. Ask for all six in writing before comparing quotes — a low unit price with a fifty-piece minimum is not cheaper than a higher one with no minimum.
