We design your patch for you, and the design work costs nothing. Send artwork in whatever format you have it, or a photograph of a sketch on paper, and we redraw it as a production-ready file. You get a free digital proof showing exactly what will be made, and nothing goes into production until you approve it. There is no design fee and no minimum on embroidered patches.

How the design gets made

Send whatever you have
A logo file, a screenshot, a photo of a drawing on paper, or a description of the idea. If there is no artwork yet, say what you want and we start from that.

We redraw it for production
Artwork made for a screen is not a stitch path or a mould. We rebuild it at the size it will actually be made, and decide what fine detail can hold and what has to be simplified.

You get a free digital proof
The proof shows the piece as it will be produced, at size, with the backing and edge you chose. Ask for changes and we redraw it.

Nothing is made until you approve
Production runs three to six business days from your approval. Shipping is additional and depends on the destination.
What can you send us?
All four of these are a normal way to start. None of them costs anything to find out.

Vector, ideal
AI, EPS or PDF. Scales to any size with no loss, so it needs the least rebuilding.

Images, fine
PNG, JPG, WEBP, TIFF, PSD or GIF. The bigger the file the better, but we work with what you have.

A sketch, genuinely fine
A clear photograph of a drawing on paper is enough to quote from and enough to start drawing from.

Which material will hold your design?
The honest constraint is detail. A mark that works on a screen does not automatically survive being stitched at 60mm, and the material decides how much of it survives. This is what we weigh up on the proof.

File types What artwork do you need from me?
Vector is ideal — AI, EPS or PDF. We also take PNG, JPG, WEBP, TIFF, PSD, GIF and ZIP, and honestly a clear photograph of a sketch is enough to quote from and start on.
No artwork What if I do not have artwork yet?
Send the idea — a rough drawing, a reference you like, or a description. We draw it up and send it back as a proof for you to approve before anything is made.
Proofs Do I see it before it is made?
Always. You get a free digital proof and nothing goes into production until you approve it. If it is not right, say so and we change it.
Lead time How long does an order take?
Production runs 3 to 6 business days, counted from the moment you approve the proof — not from when you place the order. Shipping is on top of that and depends on the destination and the service you choose.
Timing When does the clock start?
At proof approval. Nothing is cut, stitched or struck until you have seen the digital proof and said yes, so a slow approval moves the finish date with it.
Destinations Where do you ship?
We make to order and ship from Dubai across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain, and to the United States and United Kingdom. Ask us for anywhere else — it is usually possible.
Minimums Is there a minimum order?
Not on embroidered patches — order one if one is what you need. Moulded and struck lines carry a minimum because they need tooling, and the quote states it before you commit to anything.

Quotes How do I get a price?
Send the artwork and the quantity and we come back with a fixed quote. Nothing on this site is charged automatically and you pay nothing up front.
Problems What if something arrives wrong?
Tell us and send a photograph. The proof you approved is the reference — if what arrived does not match it, that is on us to put right.
