How do you apply شارات بالخياطة?
- ثبّت الشارة بدبوس أو غرزة مؤقتة أولاً — انزياح الشارة في منتصف الحاشية هو الخطأ الأشيع.
- اخِط حول الحافة يدوياً أو بالماكينة، مع البقاء داخل الحاشية قليلاً لتستقر الغرز في الشارة لا خارجها.
- طابِق الخيط مع لون الحاشية فتختفي الغرز؛ أو خالِفه عمداً فتصبح جزءاً من التصميم.
How do you wash and care for them?
اغسل القطعة تماماً كما لو لم تكن عليها شارة. لا لاصق يليّن ولا خطاف يتسخ، ولهذا تعمّر الخياطة أكثر من أي ظهر آخر.

Applying أي غرزة تُستعمل؟
غرزة مستقيمة داخل الحاشية تكفي لمعظم الشارات. والغرزة المتعرجة فوق الحافة أثبت للعتاد الثقيل الذي يُشد كثيراً.
Applying هل يستطيع الخياط تنفيذها؟
أي خياط أو محل تعديل ينفذها في دقائق. وللدفعات الكبيرة يستحق طلب سعر للقطعة بدل سعر لكل ثوب.
Garments هل تضر الخياطة بالقطعة؟
تُحدث ثقوباً، وهذا ثمن الديمومة. على السترة لا يلاحظ أحد؛ وعلى القماش التقني قد تُضعف مقاومة الماء، فالفيلكرو على لوح عروة مخيط هو الحل الأنسب هناك.
Lead time How long does an order take?
Production runs 3 to 6 business days, counted from the moment you approve the proof — not from when you place the order. Shipping is on top of that and depends on the destination and the service you choose.
Timing When does the clock start?
At proof approval. Nothing is cut, stitched or struck until you have seen the digital proof and said yes, so a slow approval moves the finish date with it.
Destinations Where do you ship?
We make to order and ship from Dubai across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain, and to the United States and United Kingdom. Ask us for anywhere else — it is usually possible.
Minimums هل هناك حد أدنى للطلب؟
Not on embroidered patches — order one if one is what you need. Moulded and struck lines carry a minimum because they need tooling, and the quote states it before you commit to anything.
File types What artwork do you need from me?
Vector is ideal — AI, EPS or PDF. We also take PNG, JPG, WEBP, TIFF, PSD, GIF and ZIP, and honestly a clear photograph of a sketch is enough to quote from and start on.
No artwork What if I do not have artwork yet?
Send the idea — a rough drawing, a reference you like, or a description. We draw it up and send it back as a proof for you to approve before anything is made.
Proofs Do I see it before it is made?
Always. You get a free digital proof and nothing goes into production until you approve it. If it is not right, say so and we change it.
