At CustomPik.com, most of our products are custom-made to order. Because of this, we have a specific policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. Returns

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns for any reason other than an error on our side in the production of your order.

Please carefully review and approve your design, mockups, and order details before confirming your purchase.

2. Refunds

Refunds are only possible if the final product does not match the approved design or specifications. This includes:

  • Wrong design or artwork compared to the approved proof
  • Incorrect personalization (name, number, text) that does not match approval
  • Major color or print placement issues that clearly differ from the approved mockup

If the product has been produced exactly as you approved, no refund will be issued.

3. How to Request a Refund Review

If you believe your order does not match what you approved, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product received
  • The approved design or screenshots of approval

Our team will review your case. If we confirm the product does not match the approved design, we will offer a refund or a reprint at no extra cost.

4. Order Cancellations

Because production on customized items can start quickly, orders can only be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase. After this period, we may not be able to cancel or modify your order.
